Construction Method

Each shed is pre-fabricated in our shop and the components (walls, doors, trusses, ect.) are transported to your site. We level and assemble the building on your chosen spot.

We provide concrete bricks for the building to sit on. Each building is built with wooden skids underneath to soundly support the floor.

The floor consists of the skids with floor joists and floor blocks, then sheeted with 3/4" CDX plywood.

The building is framed with 2"x4" lumber and the exterior is sheeted 5/8" T1-11 siding.

The roof trusses are double gusseted at each joint. The roof sheeting is 7/16" OSB covered with 25yr. 3 tab shingles, your choice of colors.

The doors are precisely cut from the T1-11 siding, triple re-enforced, and provide a prefect fit every time. Each door has 3 heavy duty Stanley 4" T hinges and is held closed by a twist hasp which will accept a lock.

Each corner is trimmed and the roof has front and rear facia boards which can be painted to match adjacent buildings.
